	Booking Conditions A non-refundable deposit of £50 per room is required to confirm reservation. It is desired to draw attention to the fact that a hotel can legally claim for any loss involved by cancellation provided the accomodation cannot be relet. Holiday insurance is highly recommended.
	Cancellation policy 48 hours prior to arrival
	Children Babies and Children under the age of 11 stay free when sharing existing bedding. * Family Room will accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under the age 16. Children 16 years and over will be charged a supplement of £5.00 per night.
	Rates Rates are per room, include Breakfast (unless stated otherwise) and are inclusive of VAT.
	Supplements Double Room for Single occupancy on bed & breakfast basis - 20%. Dinner, Bed & Breakfast basis - 30%.
	Pets Sorry no pets are allowed within the Hotel.
	Internet Wifi is available free of charge in Public Rooms.

	ROOMS Small Standard Located in the original part of the House, our smaller standard rooms have private facilities with walk-in shower. For your comfort and convenience, all rooms have Double bed; TV; Radio; Hair Dryer; Tea/Coffee facilities and toiletries. Approx measurement of room: 8 square meters.
	Standard All Standard rooms have private facilities with walk-in shower. For your comfort and convenience, all rooms have Double Bed; TV; Radio; Hair Dryer; Tea/Coffee facilities and toiletries. Approx measurement of room: 11 square meters.
	Superior Larger rooms which all have private facilities - most having baths with over-shower (some Superior rooms only have walk-in shower). For your comfort and convenience, all rooms have either King or SuperKing beds; Hair Dryer; Tea/coffee facilities and premium toiletries. Approx measurement of room: 16-18 square meters.
